Britain votes to leave EU, Cameron quits

This is one of the historical days that Britain will always remember. Britain has voted to leave the European Union on 23rd of June, forcing the resignation of Prime Minister David Cameron and dealing the biggest blow since World War Two to the European project of forging greater unity.
The pound fell as much as 10 percent against the dollar to touch levels last seen in 1985, on fears the decision could hit investment in the world’s fifth-largest economy.
Leave campaign won by 51.9% of the votes while Remain campaign just achieved 48.1% of the votes. Political uncertainty has become prominent not only in Europe but also in the United States and Investors around the world went into crisis mode
